Changelog

    2026-05-18🔗

    • Feature
      • Added suggestions/hints while typing functions in the Worksheet Node to help quickly find functions. Use up/down arrow keys and press enter to select.

    2026-05-12🔗

    • Minor Enhancements / Fixes
      • Updated Performance Metrics node to only require predicted values exist in ground truth data, as opposed to requiring the same number of samples in both. In other words, predictions may be a subset of ground truth data.
      • Worksheet node: fixed input connector data not always be properly linked on connection.
      • Plot Node: fixed plot output data format to be a text string as opposed to a binary message (fixed plots not being rendered in Worksheet Node).

    2026-04-17🔗

    • Minor Enhancements / Fixes
      • Starting the graph now updates the status of each node to indicate they are initializing.
      • Fixed issue where opening text files in file browser would often download the file instead of opening in an applet panel.
      • Fixed Restart/Stop button behaviors.
      • Fixed issue in Dataframe Viewere where opening a CSV file from the File Browser would get stuck in an infinite loop.
      • Cleanup and performance improvements; decreased overall platform file size.

    2026-04-16🔗

    • Feature Drag and drop files from desktop directly into the graph has been reimplemented. If a compatible node is available, the file is copied directly into the graph file and a compatible node will be configured to use it. Currently the Read CSV node supports this. As a fallback, the Read File node will be used to access raw binary or text data. Deleting the node deletes the copy of the file in the graph.
    • Minor Enhancements
      • Removed legacy code, decreasing overall application size and speeding up loading nodes and applets
      • Fixed style issue in Graph applet template popup

    2026-04-14🔗

    • Developer/API Changes
      • Datacogs Node API changed to use WIT (WebAssembly Interface Types) definitions.
      • Several WASI interfaces implemented. One impact is that more programming languages can now be used when creating custom Nodes.
      • The plugin system is now deeply integrated across all nodes. Plugin WIT files are available at staticfs://plugins (set this as the location in the File Browser applet).
      • All Rust nodes and plugins now built with target wasm32-wasip2
    • Feature File Browser now displays file size and modified timestamp
    • Feature File Browser now supports navigating between user files (userfs) and built in files (staticfs) by navigating up the folder hierarchy to the root.
